Canadian artists Maya Ersan and Jamie Robson, known collectively as Mere Phantoms, use shadow puppetry, projection, animation techniques and inspiration from the traditions of theatre and cinema to design their spectacular interactive installations.  Paper, scissors and light is basically all it takes to produce dazzlingly beautiful models of buildings, monuments and puppets that have captivated audiences worldwide. Lit from below, these paper models become enlarged, growing into dangerous giants and strange, towering figures several stories high.
