IndieLisboa is the biggest independent film festival in Portugal. To advertise its tenth edition, the festival wanted a campaign to honor its ten years of originality. “Our insight came from a singular common sense: ‘Hollywood is running out of ideas,’” said writer Steve Colmar, Leo Burnett. “To illustrate this, we developed several materials showing that Hollywood is getting repetitive, using the same scenes and characters over and over. The result was two TV spots, “Nooo!” and “Runaway”, and four print ads. And so far, with only one week of campaign running, the response has been incredible for the festival.”
