This humorous new campaign for Great Plains SPCA, by Meers Advertising, is a completely different way of thinking about spaying and neutering pets. The agency aspired to find a little truth in the way animals, that aren’t spayed or neutered, act. The campaign includes television commercials, online and guerilla marketing and print ads with blatant headlines; he first spot, “Dirty Laundry,” takes a behaviorial issue and, from it, creates an educational message.
