To introduce the world’s first black spiced rum Brooklyn design firm, Dead As We Know, created an interesting visual language and backstory. Continuing the theme, the studio recently released “Existence,” “Strength” and “Survival” during ESPN’s March Madness. During the process, that took over three months to complete, illustrator Steven Noble drew each illustration in an old engraving woodcut style and supplied the images digitally to the animators at Adam Gault Studio who gave them movement.
