FedEx has launched a new brand campaign by BBDO New York (its agency of record for more than 20 years) featuring four new TV spots (shown “AAAAAAAAAAAA Auto Repair”) to air during the NFL season that opened on September 8. The customer-focused campaign uses classic FedEx humor and strong emotional appeal to highlight the breadth of FedEx customer solutions including healthcare, automotive, small business and sustainability.
