Moderna Museet in Stockholm was the first state museum for modern art in the world. This autumn, the museum looks at its own legacy and presents an overview of the beginnings of modern art through three ambitious exhibitions. Turner, Monet, Twombly: Later Paintings; Another Story (the complete history of photography); and de ou par Marcel Duchamp par Ulf Linde offer a unique opportunity to experience the way that painting, photography and ideas came together to create Modernism in a collaboration between eye, hand, machine and brain.
