SUNSET PARK — “Wheels within Wheels,” an exhibition of abstract expressionist paintings by Danny Simmons, will open at Tabla Rasa Gallery, 224 48th St., with a reception for the artist on Sept. 29, 2010 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. It will run through Saturday, Dec. 4.
